On April 26th and 27th, YTCC customized an Educational Leadership Program for the students of the “Zhejiang School Famous Teachers and Principals Training Project” with the goal of building the future in Hangzhou Fuyang Yinhu Acadamy.
This online training is oriented to “opportunities and challenges for school leaders with an international perspective”. Through theoretical training, case-based learning and theme seminars, the training was carried out on topics such as school management and student management.
Tim, a visiting researcher at the University of Melbourne, Australia, Roger Shen, founder of the Australian Yutong Cultural Center, translator Michael Xiang and team members, brought school administrator courses and student management courses to principals. The online training went smoothly in lively interaction. The principals reflected on the dialogue with Tim and fully felt the difference in thinking and the importance of comparative education.
