YTCC, in collaboration with the Asia Education Foundation and the Confucius Institute at the University of Melbourne, Australia, offered a 5-day “Enhancing School Leadership Australia Online Training” program at Yinhu Academy in Hangzhou for 71 school management staff from the region in August this year.
To ensure that the training was successful, the Chinese and Australian teams repeatedly communicated with each other. YTCC’s bilingualism enabled us to translate the lecture and all the presentation materials, and a YTCC Education Specialist was also on-site to ensure that the program p ran smoothly!
